I am a freelance commercial photographer, living in lovely Devon. I love to tell stories through imagery, to deliver a visual narrative.

My style is best described as creative reportage. Natural and fun, with a beautiful, timeless edge.

My relaxed, happy approach to life and my work has led to the good fortune of being widely published across many of the country’s top brands, magazines and blogs. I am not one for entering awards, but I did once and in 2013 I won Designer Wedding Photographer of the Year. I ducked out on a high. These days I spend most of my time shooting high end professional head shots for commercial clients, editorial fashion, commercial editorial and family portraiture. When I am not on location, I can mostly be found somewhere near the sea (my happy place) or rambling on the moors with my little family….usually with a camera of sorts in hand.

My insatiable curiosity for capturing the big, beautiful world around me was finally put to use in 2019. After selling works to private collections I founded a sister company called Salt + Land that specialises in large format Fine Art Photography.
